Bert specializes in advising high-net worth clients and their family-owned commercial businesses and developing comprehensive insurance programs for them.
He has been with DeWitt Stern for more than 20 years.  Previously, he was with the brokerage firm, Johnston & Higgins (later acquired by Marsh & McLennan).  While there he also focused on insurance programs for businesses and affluent clients. 

Bert attended numerous law courses at New York University and at the Insurance Institute.  He is a 12-year veteran of the U.S. Army Rangers.
