Suzanne Dodge is a highly accomplished and results-oriented human capital executive with demonstrated abilities to translate business goals into progressive Human Resources Programs. In her current role as Vice President of Employee Benefits, Suzanne focuses on client relationship management, business development and extensive human resources consulting. She is experienced in guiding clients in formulating, executing and leading strategic change initiatives that result in employee satisfaction and cost-savings. Along with her team, she specializes in all aspects of risk management in the employee benefit arena. She is innovative in her approach, utilizing wellness programs, comprehensive human resources solutions and alternative funding arrangements to meet the budgetary needs of clients, while insuring employee satisfaction.
Previously, Ms. Dodge held executive positions in Human Resources Management, in addition to providing external consultative services. While working within a variety of industries, she specialized in such business sectors as technology, accounting, administration, software and semiconductor. In these roles she was responsible for all facets of Human Resources including Employee Benefit Programs, which encompassed Health and Welfare Plans, as well as Capital Accumulation Plans. Her passion coupled with her pragmatic approach and collaborative style have helped organizations connect employee benefit initiatives to business imperatives.
Suzanne is a graduate of San Jose State University, is a certified human resources professional (SPHR), and is a California licensed Life, Accident and Health Agent.
