As Vice President in the Claims Division, Fran provides superior claims service to clients, from first report to final resolution. She is always available to her clients.
Fran has more than 20 years of experience adjusting claims for film studios, production companies and touring entertainers. She also has as an extensive background in risk management. Her knowledge of the entertainment industry, combined with her long-term relationships with insurers, enables her to be an excellent client advocate.
Before joining DeWitt Stern in 2004, she was an independent adjuster handling all aspects of personal and commercial claims. Previously, Fran was a claims adjuster for CNA Entertainment Coalition, and then with Fireman's Fund Entertainment Division. She also was with Universal Studios Hollywood in liability claims. She began her insurance career as an auto liability claim adjuster with State Farm Insurance.
Fran graduated from Illinois State University with a B.A. in Education and taught junior high school for eight years.
