Charlie is responsible for overall operations of the DeWitt Stern Group. He chairs the DeWitt Stern Strategic Planning Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee. His duties include client service, business development, carrier relationships, and acquisitions.

Before joining DeWitt Stern in 1998, he was with Marsh & McLennan for 20 years, the last five as Managing Director of the Middle Market practice. He graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in American Studies in 1977 and has completed management programs at New York University Stern School of Business.

Charlie is a member of the office of development at the Northern Westchester Hospital. For many years he coached youth soccer and lacrosse teams in Bedford, NY.
