Susan is DeWitt Stern's National Human Resources Director, Manager of Support Services and a member of the firm's Strategic Planning Committee.

Susan is responsible for managing human resources services, policies, and programs for all of the firm's offices.  She develops DeWitt Stern practices that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, high standards and goal attainment. Susan also directs administration and is responsible for office maintenance and space planning.

She has been with DeWitt Stern since 1997. She has a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany and continually furthers her education in human resources. Susan has earned the Professional Human Resources designation and is a member of the Society of Human Resources and the California Chamber of Commerce.
